A good translation is a combination of correct choice of words and creative writing. Please compare the following sentences.

Because our clients often tell us that they like to be kept informed of developments, we are sending you the enclosed booklet with useful information.
- (VG)- We would like to inform you of our latest developments, which are explained fully in the enclosed booklet.

If you know or suspect that other people know what your password is, change it immediately.
- (VG)- If you suspect your password is known to others, you should change it immediately.

Despite a correct use of grammar and words, the original sentences lack an English authenticity, which is present in the second examples. A good translation should reflect accurate meaning but needs to sound correctly as well, which often requires a complete change of sentence structure.
